Job Purpose
Responsible for the global ERP, support, and optimization of the ERP system across the organization’s international operations. Coordinating with regional teams, leading ERP S4 Hana implementation and upgrades, managing system performance, and ensuring the ERP system meets the organization’s operational and strategic goals.
Key Accountability Areas
ERP System Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the ERP system across all international locations, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability.
- Manage ERP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure that the system supports the organization's evolving business needs.
- Ensure the ERP system aligns with global business processes and local requirements (e.g., regional compliance, reporting standards, and tax laws).
Implementation and Rollout:
- Lead the global implementation and deployment of ERP systems, including coordinating with local teams to ensure successful adoption and integration.
- Manage the deployment of new ERP modules and features, ensuring that they are tested, trained, and integrated effectively into business operations.
- Develop and execute project plans for ERP system upgrades and new system implementations across different regions.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that the ERP system supports business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related inquiries and issues in overseas locations, providing solutions and guidance as needed.
- Facilitate communication between corporate headquarters and regional offices to ensure alignment in ERP strategy and usage.
Business Process Optimization:
- Work closely with business units to understand their needs and identify opportunities for ERP-driven process improvements, automations, and efficiencies.
- Provide guidance on best practices for leveraging the ERP system to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and drive business performance.
- Ensure that business processes are optimized for the ERP system, and propose changes to improve functionality and performance.
Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure they understand the ERP system and use it effectively.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ERP system users across overseas locations, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
- Work with regional teams to document and standardize ERP-related processes and troubleshooting steps.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure that the ERP system complies with local and international regulations, industry standards, and security policies, including data protection and privacy laws.
- Monitor ERP system security and user access to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data integrity.
Reporting and Data Analytics:
- Ensure that the ERP system supports the generation of accurate and timely financial and operational reports across international operations.
- Work with business leaders to define reporting needs and configure the ERP system to generate relevant insights for decision-making.
- Continuously analyze and improve data quality and reporting capabilities within the ERP system.

- Provide periodic work progress reports.
- Responsible for monitoring and control budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.
Organizational Development:
- Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
- Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deploy them.
Business Process Improvements (Effectiveness):
- Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
- Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.
