Job Purpose
Responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP ERP systems, including Ariba, vendor management, BTP solutions, and ServiceNow procurements.
Key Accountability Areas
ERP System Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the SAP ERP system, including Ariba and BTP solutions, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability.
Implementation and Rollout:
- Lead the global implementation and deployment of SAP ERP systems, including coordinating with local teams to ensure successful adoption and integration.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that the SAP ERP system supports business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between corporate headquarters and regional offices to ensure alignment in ERP strategy and usage.
Business Process Optimization:
- Work closely with business units to understand their needs and identify opportunities for ERP-driven process improvements, automations, and efficiencies.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure that the SAP ERP system complies with local and international regulations, industry standards, and security policies.
Reporting and Data Analytics:
- Ensure that the SAP ERP system supports the generation of accurate and timely financial and operational reports.
Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously monitor SAP ERP system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work on enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.

- Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
- Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.

- Provide periodic work progress reports.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.
Organizational Development:
- Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
- Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.
Business Process Improvements:
- Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
- Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.
Quality:

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Any relevant field
