Job Purpose

Key Accountability Areas

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the gym facility and related equipment.
2. Assist the company staff members in correctly using gym equipment & in doing exercises.
3. Provide further instructions on members’ workouts & how to manage and achieve set goals.
4. Provide diet plans & work out plans when requested.
5. Maintain and supervise the gym, and report any damage made to equipment or space.
6. Preserve the cleanliness of the gym and changing rooms.
7. Ensure equipment is running efficiently & report need for equipment maintenance.
8. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with campus and external constituents.

Ability to work flexible hours with a work schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Physical Education
• NASM/ISSA/ACE certified PT
• CPR/First Aid
