Job Purpose

Support drive Alfanar business success by increasing sales through closing deals and bringing new customers or clients to the organization. Act as a point of contact between the customer and business and perform a range of activities from identifying customer needs to fulfilling them by providing the right products and services to them. 

Key Accountability Areas

Sales Growth & Lead:

• Provide constant support to improve sales and apply the strategies that will help Alfanar to expand in customer base, increase revenue, and grow market share

Manage Relationship With Clients:

• Perform regular research for new clients to build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for Alfanar revenue growth.

• Conduct Pre-Qualification and Vendor Registration processes with end users/clients to ensure a flow of leads in coordination with other departments.

• Handle contacting potential and exist customers by calling generating sales leads, responding to sales Manage Relationship With Clients inquiries,

and conduct regular visits to secure new and increased business accounts to meet established sales targets.

• Participate in negotiating offers with customers according to the policies and procedures and provide stable proposals and closing deals.

Sales Payment:

• Ensure updating concerned departments in progress payments if required

Sales Report:

• Prepare accurate and timely sales information and reports for senior managers

Market Research:

• Observe market trends and identify and update competitive landscape analysis report

Academic Qualification

Diploma Degree in Business Administration or Markting & Communication

Work Experience

2 to 4 Years
